Kensington and Chelsea's Tenant Management Organisation in partnership with Higgins Construction commissioned this series of films to explain the options open to the borough's council tenants under the 'Better Homes initiative'.

The films covered Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment, Central Heating Installation and Rewiring Works and was made available in eight language versions including British Sign Language.
