THE UNDP HAS A VERY BROAD REMIT IN AFGHANISTAN WHERE IT BUILDS INFRASTRUCTURE, ORGANISES ELECTIONS, TRAINS AND PAYS THE POLICE-FORCE, SUPORTS SMALL BUSINESSES AND PROMOTES GENDER EQUALITY.

UNDP AFGHANISTAN APPROACHED US TO DEVELOP A CONCEPT THAT COULD DEMONSTRATE THIS IN A SHORT FILM FOR DONORS AND A LOCAL TV AUDIENCE.
